I'm pretty sure that Mungo Jerry was the first 45 I ever bought. Brings back memories of cutting out the cardboard 45s on the back of cereal boxes.
Can't pass on the obvious: Frankie or Lyle's versions of "Summer Wind".
I know the're kinda corny but Chicago's "Saturday in the Park" and Alice Cooper's "School's Out" bring back fond high school memories.
I can't help but imagine zooming down a highway in the desert in August after a thunderstorm when I listen to "St. Elmo's Fire" by Eno, even though I don't drive and haven't been to the Southwest.
Stevie Wonder's "Master Blaster" also makes me think of Summer.
