DUP,
Thanks for the interesting link, but for future reference the subject should have read "Paging Dr. Howard, Paging Dr. Fine, Paging Dr. Howard..." the Three Stooges were Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Schemp Howard.
The Three Stooges
They even sing on ITunes. Why not?
I like Curly more than I like Schemp.
The "real" Three Stooges happened during the Curly era.
He was a genius with a hammer, and his look predated Midnight Oil by four decades.
Schemp Howard is his maiden name.
You are correct, that is indeed how it went now that I think back on that FUNNY episode, I admit, I was WRONG!!!!
Yes, Curly was better than Schemp, but if there was never a Curly, you would not have missed him..it's all relative. Knuck Knuck Knuck. Why, I'll moider you....
There was someone after Curly. I don't remember his name. I've seen some color episodes or movies with this last guy in them.
Joe Besser, and Schemp was after Curly. Which 2 where actually brothers in real life?
I thought Schemp was the first one. That he died and Curly was his replacement.
Well, after looking at the website I see my memory is fading fast.
Curly was before Shemp and Joe. No doubt about it. They were in the order I just wrote.
you guys know too much!! but i have to agree - curly was the best! he was the nicest, too. i remember getting up early to watch the 3 stooges & the little rascals & pippee longstocking. anybody remember those old black and white pippee shows? they were the best!

Man, I forgot all about longstocking until you mentioned it. Talk about some dusty old memories. My line up in the mornings was Jeff's Collie (original Lassie), The Three Stooges, The Little Rascals (Our Gang). After school it was Clutch Cargo, Speed Racer, Ultra Man (Japanese). Shows like The Jetsons and The Flintstones came on during prime time on one of three stations. Then there was the Wonderful World of Disney. It came on Sunday nights. I've become like my parents talking about radio before TV. And nothing before radio. I think I'm going to throw up.
haha!! brings back memories doesn't it???
The brothers were Moe, Curly and Schemp...Larry was the odd man out ( and I don't mean that in a demeaning way).
Certainly not in that set!

Curly was one of the original 3 stooges. (He was the heavey se guy with the wiffle hair cut.) Shemp, with the center part dark hair, came along after Curly. Following Shemp was Curly Joe.
