About 10 or 11 years ago, I dealt with the folks at Soundworks in Maryland, and ended up buying a bunch of gear from them. I believe my then girlfriend even had her Linn LP12 serviced by them. They were very nice and helpful. I've no idea what they're like now, but, the fact that they're still apparently in business bodes well:

Wow, a girlfriend with an LP12!

If she liked to spend those languid lazy Sundays as fall segues into winter watching football and drinking beer, you should have married her.

I had a girlfriend with a BIC 1000 once.

Oh, and one who had a MacIntosh/B&W system when I was a teenager, but she lost me with the Dual turntable. Time has softened my resolve, though. If I ever have one of those mid-life crisis things, she's the old flame I'd go look up.

Have a great weekend, Mr. Wong!

When can one justify more than one wife?:

One in Seattle owns an SME 20
One in St. Louis owns a Simon Yorke
One In Chicago owns a Rega P25 and the DCS stack
One in Louisville loves baseball and owns VPI

Sometimes a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. LOL

Marriage is like getting a vaccination, some people have to get more than one before it takes.
