What speakers will you be using with the amp?
Marantz PM7200 or the smaller Creek A50i might be options as well. JM also gave a decent rating to the Harmon Kardon receiver and it has tuner and phono stage. Denon also makes 2 in this price range and they have sub outs and multiroom capability. You have a lot of options here. You might as well look in the "Phile" used gear section and you might find a good higher-end buy.
The Outlaw products are getting excellent reviews.
I've listened to both the Rotel and NAD, that you mentioned, along with the Music Hall a25.2. All sounded very good, though different from one another - I auditioned all through the same set of speakers. I had a definite preference for the Music Hall. The Rotel and NAD had phono inputs while the MH didn't but it sounded so good I purchased it anyway and will pick up a phono preamp.
