They may, as you say, offer great sound, but since you mention WXRT in Chicago, I wonder about the content. XRT is the Chicago outlet for so-called "light rock" - niether fish nor fowl. They avoid admitting that it is basically elevator music. I know nothing of the other sources you list, but I doubt that you'll get much music you'll enjoy from that one.
