The next Home Entertainment Expo (formerly the Hi-Fi Show) will be in New York May 11-13. We usually run several live forums covering the gamut of audiophile topics, including the popular "grill the editors" sessions. Are there any audio topics you'd particularly like to see covered this year?

In the June issue of Stereophile, another classic component is reviewed (the Eico HF-81 amplifier). Even though they don't measure up by today's standards, many audiophiles prefer certain classic designs. Are there any classic components that you prefer to newer products?

Sometimes, we don't listen to music for days at a time, just so it sounds fresh again when we finally do. And sometimes we just yearn for something better and are willing to hit pause until we discover it. Are there times when you just don't want to listen to music? Why not?

In the "Letters" section of the September 2004 issue of Stereophile, veteran audio engineer Richard Burwen essentially says that some audiophiles like tube amps because they act as tone controls. Do you agree?
Are tube amps really just glorified equalizers?
