This is what my life will be like starting this Thursday and ending next Tuesday. I should’ve been in this video, though. I mean, seriously: Thao, give me a call next time. What’s up?

This was probably one of the most horrible songs I've heard. However, I got to say that I really appreciate your blog. Even though your recommendations run hot and cold (vis-a-vis my tastes), you've exposed me to new music, the kind of music that I don't think I would have heard otherwise. Thanks man.

It was too bubble gum for my tastes. I like deeper music, either music that has something to say lyrically, stylistically or musically. If it's going to be different, it has to strike a chord with me. I don't know how to put it into words. It can't just be different, it has to touch me emotionally.
