They even have become identifying markers of e-mail style as reproduced in novels and articles.I see why the temptation struck you - not only are those glasses retro, they're twice-retro, having gone out more than once. However, one thing I would never err upon in the full fury of my own pique is omitting the space between a long dash and the word that follows it and is set off by it. Plain bad style, if you're counting closely. Do, do, be thoroughly pretty....I commented on your blog out of frustration, and in the haste to be elsewhere - not to say, the desire to be elsewhere. I believe the opening salutation indicated that I was addressing Mr. Atkinson, not yourself. In the future I will do neither, nor read your blog. Go on being pretty, though, and that slot at the NYT Magazine will surely open.
