M•A Recordings

It's always a joy to encounter Todd Garfinkle of M•A Recordings. Here he shows his latest audiophile quality CD, Nama. Also available as a 24-bit/176.4kHz hi-rez DVD-ROM format in a plain package that belies the beauty of its contents, the recording is the rightful successor to M•A's Sera una Noche and La Segunda, and features some of the same superb Argentinean artists. I can't wait to take a listen, once I dig it out of my luggage.

Yes! You are right! You won't be disappointed. The music is very beautiful and original, the players are one-of-a-kind and the recoding is exemplary. I have probably listened to this CD more than a hundred times, and it keeps surprising me with its fantastic details. Highly recommended. Besides the CD, Todd is a wonder!Great guy!

I've got to agree whole-heartedly. The 24/176.4 hi-rez copy of Nama is superb. Beautiful music and superlative sound. Todd's other hi-rez offerings -- La Segunda, by Sera Una Noche, Opening, by Mathias Landaeus, and Sera Una Noche's self-titled release (in 24/96) are equally captivating. Must-own music!
