What is going on with Stanalog ?

I have equipment in for repair with the Stanalog company. They sell and service well tempered turtables. The owner George Stanwick has not gotten back to me about the status of my repair in over 3 months. I sent him a large deposit too. So he has my tonearm and my money and I CAN NOT REACH HIM THROUGH PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I am totally frustrated and I want to know if anyone else is having problems with him and do they have any suggestions for me.

Excuse me, but I need to share!

ADS STILL SELLS SOME DARNED FINE LOUDSPEAKERS!

I know, everybody thinks their speakers are the best thing going, but...

If you want a killer little speaker that is built like the proverbial brick out-house, is extremely neutral, quite affordable AND is not just another little mdf box, then you simply must check out these offerings from ADS. In particular, their "HT" line of small speakers and subs.

Insultingly Stupid Movie Physics

Ex-physics teacher John Atkinson pays his kids $1 for each example of bad science they spot in the movies they see. For The Day After Tomorrow, IIRC, he instituted a $50 cap.

The '40s In Color

The Library of Congress has posted Bound for Glory: America in Color, an online exhibition of color images taken by the Farm Security Administration from 1935–1944. Amazing stuff.

802D & Excellent Issue

I was happy to see that the 802D was received so well, what a great review. Out of curiosity, is Kal still considering buying them for his system or did he decide not to? I bought them last month before this issue was released and am happy to see that my impressions from listening to them at one of the local dealers, which led me to buy the speakers, were on the mark.

Integrated Amp?

I've got a pair of Paradigm Titan speakers, and I'm looking to add a subwoofer. I'm also planning on hooking up my DVD player and CD player to my system. I've got a casette player and turntable that it would be nice to hookup but is not necessary. At some point I'd like to add 2 more speakers to the system.

I'm looking for an integrated amp and tuner (new to this, always have had receivers).

What "outputs" do I need to make sure that the integrated amp has in order to drive these components?

I am confused when looking at int amps as to what they can drive.
