Signs of hearing loss include the sensation of pressure in the ears. If it is accompanied by a pulsing sensation or buzzes or clicks, that may also be an indication of diminishing hearing.
You could have a wax buidup in your ears; it is quite common.
Have your doctor inspect them closely the next time you get a chance, or go to an audiologist and get a hearing test and ear inspection.
Hearing-aid stores will usually do it free.
