Wolfgang's Vault.

A buddy turned me on to wolfgangsvault.com , a website that streams concert recordings that Bill Graham made from concerts at his venues over the years.

Holy cow.

Thousands of shows, on unplayed tapes, recorded from the board, just sitting and waiting for us all those years.

I hope they end up with better than 128K versions to add to my own vault!

Sitting here listening to Hendrix do Voodoo Child from the Berkeley Community Theatre show on May 30, 1970.

What a treasure trove.

Now it's Quicksilver Messenger Service at the Fillmore from November of '66, recorded two years before their first LP release!

Cheers.

Right on Buddha! Thanks for posting. . . I've been enjoying this one too. Any vintage Quicksilver Messenger Service is okay in my book. Hopefully, they'll eventually allow for downloadable shows, or even some cd releases.

Wow - thanks Buddha - I love this kinda stuff - checkin out the recently added Kurt Cobain and listening to the legendary Fillmore East (two months after I was born!) concert with The Allman Brothers!
