Maybe you can start tracking them down from here:

Tonian Labs used to be the US Distributor for Ocellia and he's still the importer/distributor for the PHY line (drivers, cables & connectors). Last I read (on 6moons), Ocellia's owner/designer Samuel Furon relocated to Canada from France which may or may not have impacted production/distribution. You may want to try contacting them directly - contact@ocellia.com
Last I checked, there are 4 companies that make a speaker utilizing the PHY drivers; Ocellia, Tonian Acoustics, Musical Affairs/Hans Kortenbach and Auditorium 23. I believe Auditorium 23 is the only one with a dealer network in the USA. PHY-HP also provides DIY open baffle plans on their website.
Musical Affairs speakers are distributed in the U.S. by Sora Sound, if you were interested:

I, too, am interested in the PHY drivers.
I've asked around alot and gotten a surprising array of sonic opinions, so I don't really know how to summarize what I've learned.
I've only heard them in the Tonian speaker line brifely at a show and they sounded nice, but it was such a fleeting experience, no definite opinion.
It would be huge fun to get a pair of drivers and make the open baffle design they give the instructions for at the PHY website, but for 4 kilodollars for a pair of drivers, I can't think of them as a lark-buy!
Right, people seem to either love them or loathe them, so they must be doing something right!
Three weeks ago i got my Musical Affairs Grand Crescenco with KM30SAG Phy-Hp unit.
Sound is wonderful, why are there only a few manufactor
I will have a pair of the Ocelias within a couple years. I must.
Nice, but try also Musical Affairs Grand Crescendo, also very fine... Ans i like their woodwork,
