Magnepan 3.5R - they sound great and the room placement isn't as difficult as the reviewers make it seem.

Verity Audio Parsifal Encores. Love the sound, size, looks, and shipping containers. I can hear the differences in cables, tubes. Almost like I had tone controls. Hate the magnetic grill cloth holders---the slightest bump and they fall off!

I have Celestion A series speakers all the way around (with the exception of subs). The fronts are A2's, the surrounds A1's and Celestion's A4c for center channel. I feel it's important to match home theater speakers. I went with Celestions after much web research. I bought them through a catalog company without even hearing them first. A courageous step for me, since my pockets are not that deep and I try to get the most bang for my buck. I've certainly no regrets! Wondrful speakers in beautiful, rock solid cabinets. I use an M&K 125 (10 in.) and an AR SO12 (12 in.) for the bass work. The M&K is fast and the AR gets on down there. They do the job! It has taken 7 years at a part time job to squeeze all the gear into the family budget but the hours of enjoyment (music, thrills, adventure, romance & action) is worth all the effort!

Acoustat Spectra 33's with Kinergetics sw 200 subwoofer system. Just audio, no video. Why I like like them? Soundstage, soundstage and more soundstage.

I have a variety of speakers throughout my home. Fortunately, I rather like everything that I have. In order of what is used most, to least, the following is in my home: Magnepan MG2.6/R B&W CDM-1 Paradigm 3SE Mini Rock Solid Monitors

Magneplanar MG-3a's rewired and re-capped. Love em'. Home brew Sub-woofers (with twin Vifa 10" woofers) below 54 hz.

Thiel CS 1.5---capable of fantastic sound for the size/price if you don't need the very bottom octave, but unbelievably finicky about associated electronics.

Self-designed 2-way monitors.

B&W sig 30's in audio. Krix in my audio room. I live for the sound. It's knocked me off T.V. Can that be bad? I even find myself sitting with my wife of thirty years with my arm around her still in love. Maybe more high end audio is just what the world needs.
