Have a question, I guess for Jon. What happened to the old threads in the conversion to the new site? Many of the posts seem to have been truncated, often mid-word or mid-sentence. In answering some questions from new members I wanted to refer back to some old threads which included posts with really usefuly information, however when i finally located them I found truncation had rendered them meaningless. It kind of undermines the whole value of the archive, is it possible to fix?

Hi struts - can you supply me with a couple links to the posts you are looking at? We had some problems with posts that had text that would throw the import script -- we tried to get them all.
Yup!

Hi Jon, many thanks for dropping by! Here is an example of such a thread. My first two posts are truncated, in both cases mid-sentence. Strangely, the first post was really long and the second one really short, so the problem clearly isn't anything as simple as a number-of-characters-per-post limit. There are lots of other posts I have noticed where this has happened, do they really need to be fixed individually, "by hand"??
