1) I wouldn't worry too much about the amplifier power rating and speaker power rating. If at high volumes the sound begins to distort the amplifier is driven to clipping or the speakers are being over driven, back off the volume. I doubt you will experience this as your ears will likely give out before then.
2) The circuit protection on the speaker selector probably provides not less than a 4 Ohm load to the amplifier. When using more than two pairs of 8 Ohm speakers please engage that switch. If someone accidently used more than two pairs the amplifier could shut down. Correct things and it should be fine.
3) Connect the Sonance S4 to the A speaker output on the receiver and connect all speakers to the Sonance S4.
4) Its probably junk.
I have found that if you purchase an amplifier that is rated 50-100 w/ch more than the speaker is rated for, the speakers will not pull as hard on the amp when you increase volume thus avoiding clipping at high volumes.
Also, your speakers will sound much better. just my two cents :-)

Thanks, guys.
More power = More headroom and better sound!
