my speaker builder, Duke LeJeune, (my speakers are THESE )is a big fan of Mr. Geddes principles..and actually the Modules are based on Geddes "Abbey" kits. Waveguide coupled with low thermal compression pro sound driver....Sonic Bliss!! the most enveloping, huge, liquid sound I have ever heard..first time in my life that I have heard things BEHIND me with 2 channel...:)
I've heard nothing but amazing things about Mr. Geddes speakers....of course due to the association, Duke's Speakers are amazing too..www.audiokinesis.com
somehow I dont think the mag will review them..they are DIY!! no providing revenue streams..
Interesting to hear your opinion of them since I've not heard them ... yet. Do you run subs, Geddes suggests multiple subs.
They should review them for the science, because they are fairly novel and of sound design principles. I don't agree with everything Geddes says, but obviously he knows a bit about horns and acoustics.
I do not use SUbs, no...but another of Duke's designs, the "Planetarium" , uses multiple subs..
