Pradeep,
The Oppo is a great all in one unit. Solid transport, great DAC, superb video capabilities and a really nice feature set. For the money, I am not sure you can top it. You will pay more for a separate DAC and universal disc player of the same quality. Think something like the Cambridge Azur 851D and an Oppo BDP 103. I think that would be ~$2100 and would give you roughly the same performance as the BDP 105 and take up more space.
Regarding an amp, I listened to those RS6s during an in-store demo and really liked them. I found them to be neutral and a touch forgiving. I would pair them with a neutral to slightly forward amp that emphasized detail. When I heard them, they really shined driven by a Bryston preamp and power amp but that would be like $5K.
I would try and demo and read up on the Musical Fidelity M3si, the Marantz PM8005, Rogue Audio Sphinx and Rotel has a unit in this price range that I just listened too though I don't remember the model number. I think they would be worth your time to explore. This would be the $1200 to $1500 range. A little above that, you could look at the Cambridge Azur 851.
One note about the Rogue, although it is a tube unit, it is a hybrid tube unit and sounds more solid state than you would think.
The OPPO 105 is excellent, and I definitely recommend it. It is a steal at its price.
My top recommendation for an amplifier would be the Musical Fidelity M3i,
which has its own DAC and phono stage. It is excellent also (I had one for 2 years). It is $1500.
If that is more than you want to spend, the Marantz PM7005 would also be nice for $999.

Dear Bierfeldt and Comsysman thanks.
@Comsysman then if I go for something like MF M31, should I refrain from BDP105 for now and stick to BDP103?
Thanks
