Stephen,speaking of complains,i've received a letter from stereophile with a subscription voucher (my subscribtion was about to expire)problem is,i received the voucher almost a month after its expiration date so i had to renew my subscription through the web page and had to pay $20 more.My suggestion is,either you guys post the vouchers earlier,or setup the subscription page on your web site so that when we put our account number or whatever we can automatically get our special price reduction for sub. renewal.
