A friend of mine from Texas told me a great story about how he stopped at a remote gas station one day to fill up. Ahead of him were some hispanics whose poor English had obviously irritated the proprietor. As they drove away he turned to my friend and said "Well all I know is if English was good enough for Jesus it's good enough for me".

I love that story, but I also love the Lone Star State and its people (well, there is one exception).

I just want to put that on record before I'm accused of being Texist.

If only the 'Hispanics' had just spoken louder in Spanish.
