Is it DUP's earwax in a bottle?
JA's first attempt at a self fix didn't work cus' he didn't use audiophile grade ear wax removal!!! He got some stuff for "regular" people. Previous to the JA ear debacle, how long has this been manifesting itself, leading to incorrect perception of what was being heard. I see John did put in, that he always tests , before listening, and he hears out to 15K or so. I think he threw that in, because you know questions would arise, like I am arising it now. JA and the rest of the crew need to carry calibration certs, like cops have for the car's speedometers, when challenged, they need to provide the papers. Of course like teh stock market back dating debacle, anything can be back dated etc. Not saying it happened, but anything is possible. Now do you recall that review back in 1991....when it was heard a blip at 5750Hz.....can you provide test results of your ears whre indeed flat past that zone. All listening tests need be looked into again. That's why, MEASUREMENTS MATTER!!!! That's why J.A.'s measurements bring it all back to REALITY. Keep up teh good work John, it balances some other reviewers warped perceptions of reality. MF comes to mind with his demagnetized plastics, and magic wood chuck blocks.....Happy New Year. Almost
I think he stumbled on a pair of gravity boots from the 80's. After all, it's a well known fact that bats have the best hearing of any land dwelling mammel and it's totally logical that spending a few hours hanging from the ceiling for a few hours would transform our listening experience.
One of the tweaks is so new that even I have not experienced it yet.
Buddha just discovered a new recipe for trash-can punch.
I'm betting it contains ethanol.
Does this amazing new development fall into the genus "excreta taurusii", perhaps???
No way!
The last one I mentioned is WAY too expensive to be "excreta taurusii!"
It retails at around 2,400 bucks, and we may be using two at a time, so it's obviously effective.
Is it la F
We may need to do a blood alcohol test on Clifton to determine that.
Speaking of Clifton, where is he ???
Perhaps you've got something really useful? Like a cure for my hangover?
The only cure is "moderation"...that I know of. LOL I guess it does take some of the fun out of it for some.
Happy to help.
Take two Alleve and drink plenty of water...then....presto!....you'll be better as fast as tomorrow!
Happy New Year!
