What a bummer. He had a real respect for the creative art of music. The Box Tops were a high school fave and his later work with Big Star evolved beyond trends and commercialism. He will be missed.
Wow. What a sad loss. I have a lot of his music and have wanted it all for awhile now. RIP Alex Chilton.
