I really enjoyed Michael Fremer's review of the Vincent 236 MK. A $1995 integrated amplifier that he says he would have never guessed its price and "he has been around this stuff for a long time". His conclusion about "proof of the law of diminishing returns" says a lot to me about the performance of this product and one in which I would now recommend to others. I am going to hear it as soon as I can and thanks for putting a review in real world terms.

I too really liked that review. Getting a product that sounds that good, with strong wattage at that price may bring more people into the hobby. I am afraid I also liked what I read about that Luxman integrated. Champagne taste, beer budget.
