Recommended Components Collector's Edition 10 years ...

Anyone know why the KEF LS50 is missing (from class A)?

Also since the Creek 5350SE was once class A but is now shown as class B, I assume the latest in print opinion is used where bumped? Or did reviewers reevaluate for this book?

The Collector's edition was published in November 2012; the KEF LS50 was reviewed in the December 2012 issue of Stereophile. It made its first appearance in Recommended Components in the April 2013 issue; see www.stereophile.com/content/2013-recommended-components-loudspeakers.

The Creek was originally rated as Class A when first reviewed in March 2001, but subsequent comparisons with other integrated amplifiers led to its rating being revised. Class B is still a very strong recommendation.

I had the creek at one time

I never thought it deserved a Class A rank in the first place.
