interesting points. I'll agree, to a degree, w/ a couple of his points -
when I'm shuffling songs via AirTunes I'm digging my music and am not paying attention to the relative sound quality differences (some tracks at full rez, some 128kbps, some in-between)
and yeah, it's way more about the music than it is the eqpt.
I'm of the same mind. Greenwood does have a salient point, about how it can easily become about sound and in the shuffle, the music gets lost... it's the same point that we discuss time & again here. Strangely, though, he seems like he has some axe to grind re: his stance toward hi-fi, how he almost became *the horrors!* an audiophile, too.
