They must be something in all of this (which us mere mortals cannot understand or comprehend) because this quantum level manipulation is also used by DUP's other favorite charity JACK BYBEE of Bybee Technologies.

To quote off his web site:

"Bybee Quantum Purifiers operate on the quantum mechanical level to regulate the flow of electrons that make up the signal (picture a metering light regulating freeway traffic flow). Current flow within the Quantum Purifier is unimpeded and ideal (think of the unencumbered flow of traffic on a lightly traveled expressway). During transit through the Quantum Purifier, quantum noise energy is stripped off the electrons, streamlining their flow through ensuing conductors. Unwanted quantum noise energy dissipates as heat within the Quantum Purifier rather than emerging as a layer of contamination residue over the audio/video information. "

On a slightly unrelated note, the enthusiasm for the weird and wonderfully is shared by others in the reviewing community (Jonathan Valin in this case) . Over at avguide we find:

About which the reviewer said "I don't know what these little Christmas tree ornaments were doing (they were on all four walls), but, lawsy, they sure were doing something to the soundstage! With them in, the stage bulged as if you were listening to omnis. Without them...well, the Vivids still sounded great and considerably more focused, but, boy, that soundstage sure did deflate. A fascinating device, and with it or without it the Vivid B-1s sounded considerably better than the larger candy-kiss Vivids sounded at CES."

I wish that these practices were more regulated.. I mean how many dollars are made from defrauding people with more money than brains with this stuff??
I also blame the reviewers of the hifi rags that continue to keep these fires burning. a bunch of hucksters, laughing all the way to the bank...
maybe if I were in on it, I could by myself a 100,000.00 turntable like fremer.

There's WAY MORE $$$ made selling mass-market consumerist CRAP that consistently breaks down. You see it under the Christmas tree every year- clock radios, HTIB's, boom boxes, dorm room stereos that all sound like shit. Where's the indignation? Oh, the humanity!

You gonna police foolishness AND bad taste? The rich spend lots of money on plastic surgery that REALLY DOESN'T make them any younger! So what? The information is out there to make an informed decision. Caveat emptor.

The reviewers of high fi magazines are hardly laughing all the way to the bank, o envious one. They are struggling to pay bills like most Americans.

If you dont think that the reviewers are in on the scam, you are a bit out of touch.

as far as being envious? Nah, ive spent a LOT of money in times past on things, that... in hindsight, were idiotic.

my space is still considered frivolous, but I can live with myself.

A scam requires willing victims. I've made uninformed purchases before- usually when trying to get a deal, but I don't participate in scams.

And of course I'm out of touch in Crescent City. (Think Monterey meets Deliverance on the last undammed river in CA)
