Power, Passion and Beauty - A Review

There's a link to very detailed review of a brand new book called "Power, Passion and Beauty: The Story of the Legendary Mahavishnu Orchestra" wrtten by Walter Kolosky. The review is by John Kelman and it is on the All About Jazz web site. It is worth a read. In addition, there are some links to the Abstract Logix Books web site on the page that are also worth checking out.

Re: Power, Passion and Beauty - A Review

I recall "Birds of Fire" and "Between Nothingness and Eternity" really rocking my world, at the time.

I still have them, but haven't played them in a while.

Time to update my opinion!

Thanks for the link, and the reminder!
