I was actually contemplating the option a few months back, when I was just getting into hi-fi. But I didn't get enough of solid feedback on Decco for me to commit. There are many things going for it. Attractive looks, the tube DAC designed by Scott Nixon. On paper, sounds great, but what about the intangibles? Also, Class D designs are VERY hit-or-miss. I've heard enough great things about Onkyo's Class D amps for me to consider them seriously, but have heard next to nil about the Decco Peachtree.

If you do get it, please let us know how you like it!

I bought one about three weeks ago. GREAT PURCHASE!!! Very ballsy 50 watt integrated amp; don't get pysched out about the "class D" amp... Replaced a NAD 320BEE in my florida room powering Paradigm 20s which I basically used for background listening... Went from just listening to CDs to using the Decco to connect my iMac (usb) and XM. Was able to add a sub in my florida room too... About to add Sonus... DAC, tube front end, pre-amp out, very solid amp, all for 800.00!? My reference is my main system which has over $20K invested in it which I'll now connect through Sonos. Relax, turn up the music and enjoy... I'm sensitive that $800.00 is alot of money but this is a great value...
