You are being more than gracious classifying liberals as Classic or Progressive.  They are one and the same.  They are only Classic when they are not in power carrying signs asking anybody to please assassinate the president and making profound and false statements such as as they would die for freedom of speech for all Americans.    These Classic liberals only become Progressive liberals when they are in power and resort to anarchy mentalities, something America has never stood for.  Most people don't even realize that the Patriots paid for the tea that was destroyed after The Boston Tea Party as planned to begin with.  This is the same logic why liberals can't stand to see a Tea Party Rally.  Nobody is destroying a Starbucks, violating somebody's civil rights,  and demanding everybody's entrails be torn out.  Thomas Jefferson is the founding father of the Democratic Party.  The only founding father liberals recognize.  The only founding father that recognized the Reign of Terror in France.  The only founding father that had 500 of his own words deleted from the drafts of the Declaration of Independence replaced with numerous references to God by the Continental Congress.  A liberal is a liberal.  They just act differently based on cause and effect directly related on whether or not they are getting their way.  And it doesn't matter how they get their way even it means laying down on the grocery store floor and throwing a tantrum.  But even Thomas Jefferson didn't resort to whipping up a crowd into a frenzy because he didn't get what he wanted and changing his colors based on the direction of the wind.  I am almost positive the man is upside down in his grave.  If he was alive today and heard what liberals were saying in his name he would never stop throwing up.

Think about it.  Bob Dylan was once asked how he felt about being a leader of the 1960s movement.  He replied he had nothing to do with it.  People made him that way and he didn't agree with it.  He spent years being booed and heckled by liberals to get away from those crazy idiotic liberals.  Bob and the rest of of us have The Band to thank for that.  Thank you, The Band.

Since it's obvious that the Tea Party is a disguised religions movement, determined to impose religious rules on marriage and reproduction, as well as bankrupt the USA via mathematically impossible demans like "no new taxes", when in fact the change during the 'W administration is one of the two major causes of the current crisis, the other being 'W's unnecessary wars in the middle east.

Now, it will be necessary to control the growth of social security, that is obvious, the demographics demand it. We will have to either raise taxes NOW or simply tax everyone by inflating away the deficit like Nixon did.

As to medical care, the USA has the most expensive medical care in the world, and much less than the best outcome.  The private option has clearly, obviously, and utterly failed in all respects, and must be abandoned before the whole system collapses under its own weight.

Now what? We have to pay for it somewhere. The answer, annoyingly to those who are mathematically incompetent, is taxes.

People who advocate keeping the 'W' tax cuts are simply traitors to this country, and hate its poorest citizens. No more. No less.

Also, the Tea Party isn't involved with the sovreign citizen movement.  That movement has been around since the 16th amendment.  Long before Obama.

Additionally, the government today announced that it is changing it's symbol from an Eagle to a CONDOM, because it more accurately reflects the government's political stance and policies. A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of dicks, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed! Damn, it just doesn't get more accurate than that.
