because we LOVE new posters! Welcome! It sounds like you have similar taste to our buddy Stephen Meijas, you need to check out his blog form more music tips!
I was going to get an oppo too, then the money went poof! I have not found a whole lot of blu-ray audio yet. I did buy Mojo and am very, very happy with that. Two great places to go for music software are Elusive Disc and Music Direct. There are plenty of other places, those are just the two I am familiar with. At Music Direct they have about 24 titles in blu-ray. I am buying all those I see that I am interested in because I want to support music use of the format.
I hope that helps, and it is great to have you here. Look around and post more, and check out Stephen's blog, I bet you will find some music you already love and some new stuff too.

Thanks!! Yes, I've been to both sites for my vinyl and have been checking out some BR on there also. I've bought a few titles on BR and will be getting them tomorrow along with the Oppo.
I did find Ebay doesn't seem like the best place to buy SACD or Gold CD's. Actually, the stuff I wanted was overpriced compared to most places.
Thanks again.
I read about the packaging....man, I have never received anything packaged that well.
2. Was easy to set up. And the on-screen guide was excellent. (Know difference between 1080I and 1080P?
3. First test was Tom Petty Blu Ray "Damn the Torpedoes". UNFKN real. I have never heard anything so good in my life. And I'm not kidding. Even my wife was like---Wow. Highly recommend you buy it.
4. We then put the Inception BR movie in. The quality of picture on my 42"inch Samsung LCD was the best picture I have ever seen and heard in my lifetime. It was noticeably better than the PS3. The BR soundtrack it came with was made for that Oppo.
I download a Marantz Audiophile test disc from Waffles. Burned it as FLAC. It sounded OK...but nothing compared to the BR disc.
I have the old oppo that sold for 168, before the Blueray model, best component I ever bought, still loving it after 2 years, wish they had kept this on market played everything but Blueray
