I have the Sennheiser RS180 wireless headphones, and the fidelity is excellent for music.
No, they are not noise-cancelling, but they isolate you from the noise in the room very well.
They are also very lightweight and comfortable for long term use.
I found them on Amazon for around $250.
Buy a pair of Sony 7506's or a pair of Sennheiser HD 280. Both are sealed and sound very good. This would leave you extra money to buy the $189 IFi Nano DSD usb dac for great headphone listening.
