I had to lift this thing three stories when I bought it using a 1-1/2 ton, 35ft-drop, chain fall plus some clever roof boom building. It only took my wife and myself to get it perched on the living room window. At that point, we were lucky that a neighbor was walking by. He and I pulled it in and lowered it to the floor.
