New user seeking phono stage/cart advice...

Hey guys...

Ive read almost all the posts on this forum, but i finally need to ask somethig ive not come across so far...first a bit of background tho...

ive just picked up an lp12 with a lingo, and an ekos arm...im needing to get it fitted with a cart and a phono stage to go with it...i dont want to spend a silly amount of money, as i will be upgrading the amp and speakers in about 4 months time (so i dont need help on that just yet)...

ive done loads of forum reading as well as hearing a couple of products in the flesh- i was thinking of going with a dynavector 10x5, which seems to get good press, and its the one the dealer who will be setting up my lp12 recommends at the money im looking to spend...so im nearly there on the cart choice- but if anyone has any "that will never work" comments, or "product x would be a million times better" feel free to jump in...

im really looking for phono stage advice- the 4 i think ive narrowed it down to are (in no particular order)
-graham slee era gold
-trichord dyno
-dynavector p75
-(i liked the look of the tom evans microgrove- but id have to use a different cart for that one)

the era gold is the only one that ive actually heard- and i thought it was ace...another dealer in the area has a dyno, but i wont get to hear them in the same room, or even the same system, so comparisons are hard at best...

can anyone who has heard any of the above stages coment on which would be a good chice? has anyone compared any of them in the same system? what did you like about it? i know how important the phono stage is to the overall system, so all comments/thought are much apreicates...

cheers...

Adam...
