1- Is the turntable connected to a PHONO input on the integrated amplifier? It needs to be. If the Rogue does not have a dedicated PHONO input, then you need a stand-alone phono preamp.
2- What kind of cartridge do you have? Did it come with the turntable? Is it moving-coil or moving-magnet, and is the phono preamp of the amp set for the correct type.
3- It could be a bad internal ground within the wiring of the arm.
4- Does the amp sound OK when using some other source, such as a CD player etc.
