When i hook my Project debut 3 player on my minwatt.
sound is barely hearable . it sounds like it's not amping..
i dont know what i did wrong

Yes, you need a phono preamp.

For a budget phono preamp consider the TCC TC-760LC for $74 or the Rek-O-Kut Professional Preamp MKII for $70.
