1. You are comparing apples and bananas. These devices have different purposes and are not competitive.
2. Too vague. Are you looking for statistically-supported large group studies or surveys? Have you scanned the AES archives? Are you interested in performance sites or listening environments?

Thanks for the reply.
But, as far I know Dolby, dts, SRS and Audyssey are producers of sound technologies, and they compete in many sectors and devices...(e.g. mobile phones sound) right?
For me any kind of statistically-supported large group studies would be awesome. And I am mainly interested in audio quality (subjective or objective) for any kind of devices (mobile phones, TV, Car audio, PC's...). I have been skimming the web and journals and I Have got some studies but non of them are very broad and actual.
I have checked AES library, but I have to get the membership, I will try to get funds for it.
