Yes, they are 5-way binding posts which accept spade lugs or bare wire or bananas.

If you use spade lugs, they need to have the right size opening to fit securely with no excess; do not use lugs that are too large, or try to force those that are too small. Usually a 5/16" lug is required, but some are larger and need 3/8" lugs.

Sometimes the posts come with a little plastic plug in the center that has to be pried out and discarded before you can use banana plugs.

This is because some european power connectors will fit the holes, which is not a good idea.
