Of course you should buy what you like!
What did you like and not like about each?
The Epos are great speakers not running them down, but they just seem to get a little boxy sounding.I am using NAD 162 272,and it just seemed to me that the Klipsch did a better job.Crisper and a little forward and just enough bass for my small room.I wanted to get a bookshelf speaker that wasnt associated with a big box store or mass market. But I also have a budget too.Laying all jokes aside, the Klipschs are built well sound solid from knuckle rap test very clean and undistorted sound,(even though they did come from BB),I really like them and think I am going to be comfortable with them.I can recognize quality sound and I think they will fit the bill.So now I can start back on my progressive rock collection again.
Thanks for listening,clapton69
Good for you, Clapton! You made your decision with your ears in your room with your favorite music. Lots of us say that's the only way. Happy Listening!
Incidentally, if you hit the lottery, the Klipsch family of products has many other choices - some of which won't, however, be available at BB.
Thanks to you all I feel like aload is off of my shoulders.I feel like I am out of a rut.Ill stay with these Klipschs for now and maybe the Reference Klipschs later.Yeah everythings much clearer now!
Thanks again,Clapton69
