Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista SACD transport repair

I know this is old issue with this player, but I am not sure I have a clear answer if it is possible to repair or replace the transport by Musical Fidelity. I heard that Musical Fidelity can replace the transport with a new transport used in the MF KW SACD player.

I do some research, and it seems to me that Musical Fidelity have a bad and discontinued Phillip transports in this expensive SACD model. If the transports go bad, they can't do anything about it.

Could someone please help to clarify?

Thanks.

Re: Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista SACD transport repair

Did you go to the Musical Fidelity website and get the contact information as to getting your unit repaired. Here is a link if you did not try that. It gives you a phone number in the USA you can call. They probably can tell you how to get it repaired
