The big brass in the music business must be desperate.
They know they're not necessary anymore.
They need a bloggers' consortium - if the labels mess with somebody in that way, all the bloggers remove mention of said artists.
If they don't want what amounts to free marketing, then take them at their crappy word and don't even risk mentioning the bands' names.
I wonder if this will have any impact on Myspace. There's one million artists there.
