I was just told that Music Hall intends to release a new version of their entry level amp in a few months. Does anyone have an idea of what features they will enhance? Given that the A15.2 was fairly well received, why put a new product on the market?

internal DAC. Compromises have to be made to incorporate a DAC and as DAC improvements outpace integrated amp improvements doing so is subject to early obsolescence. Peachtree and NAD have been relatively successful in offering integrated amplifiers incorporating DACs. However, it seems a price premium that Roy Hall might be adverse to.
