Is your iPod turned up all the way? Make sure the volume limiter is off.
it was off
and it was at max as well
everything was at max, amp & ipod
Ok, a few more questions:
What kind of connection are you using? A 1/8th inch headphone plug into RCA?
Either way, have you tried using a different input?
And I assume you've confirmed that when you plug your headphones directly into the ipod, there is sufficient volume? Does it sound thin or "tinny" as well as quiet?
If you are using the direct-to-RCA plug, have you tried another cable, or the same cable with a different source, such as your computer or laptop?
Probably you have the iPod plugged into the wrong input of the amp.
I am using 1/8''-RCA cable
sound itself is perfectly fine
its just quite
i tried with my laptop,
and it was louder because i could max my computer volume and my players volume
also i tried ipod on AUX with 1/8''-1/8'' cable
and it is still quite
Congratulations on the speakers and integrated amp. I'd recommend taking your iPod and the cable that you are using into the dealer and try it on his demo. They might be able to shed so light on the issue. This is a great example of the value that a local dealer can add to the equation.
Also borrow a friend's ipod. There should be about a 2:1 ratio of iPods to friends nowadays.
