This forum is mostly focused on audio quality for music which can put more demands on the quality and price of electronics. You have a speaker package deserving of the highest quality you can afford in a reciever line, but if your focus is mainly movies and games that may not be required. For the best blend of both worlds I would recommend midrange offerings from Marantz, Denon, or Onkyo.
The Marantz 6005 would be an example.
The Canare 4S11 speaker cable offers superb quality at a budget price and should be adequate for your needs.
The Outlaw receiver would probably be perfect for you. Check them out on the web. It's very versatile and has a lot of forward thinking built into it.
Thanks for the help. I apologies for being on the wrong forum but I do enjoy classical music and some Opera, this will give me and change to listen to some.
