I kicked off my day listening to Duke Ellington and John Coltrane and followed it with Time Out from Dave Brubeck.
After all these years Time Out is still a monthly, or at least quarterly, listener for me.

Been excited about a lot of recent ECM releases. Gary Peacock Trio "Now This" is a real winner and has been getting played weekly. Wonderful sonics and very spacious improvising.

I am listening right now is mix master music and music is emotion, it makes me happy, exciting, sad. It sets the mood. It’s also a language, if I can’t find the words, the music makes me feel them. Music comforts me, music connects without words.
