Resembles the "architecture of fear" which is so prominent in Newark, NJ, where I grew up. Not very warm or inviting at all.
Quite a contrast from the elegance of Graceland, the LBJ Library in Austin, TX, typifies everything I dislike about "modern" architecture. There is nothing human-scaled about his design. The closer you get. the less there is to see.
