This is a fine-looking little system. And a great-looking doggie, too. Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. I'm sure that once you get settled with things outside of college life, you'll find the money to build your system a bit more.
I will be graduating in mid December. This is a picture of my apartment.
This is my current setup, It sounds great to me, except for my audio rack. It was acquired at Wal-mart for 19.74, and is a nightmare when I'm playing records. I still have my old thrift stores decks I used to use. I think I need to pull it out so I can listen to my LPs without worrying about what my dog is doing.
Equip list.
Pro-ject Xpression w/ Denon Dl-110
Pro-Ject Speedbox mkII
VTL TP 2.5
Marantz SA8001
No Name Tube integraged Amp.
Triangle Comete ES
Paradigm PW-2200,
and a bunch other this and that.
Before the Triangles, I had a pair of B&W Signature 805. I love Jazz and a small crate of Classical, but BWs didnt sound all that great when I'm playing umm....so-called music young hooligans listen to. So I couldnt be happier. Even though I dont have a great TT, I'm a vinyl guy. Just dont see the point of getting a new one until I can afford the Scout without trying to figure out what I need to do to somehow pay for it.
Thanks for lookings.
