No, you shouldn't be getting any audible vibrational noise from the cabinets.

I'm not particularly familiar with those speakers, but you might check to see that the binding post plate is screwed on well and that the port (if rear firing) isn't loose.

Aside from that, I can only assume that the cabinet has become unsecured...glue joints or interior bracing.
