As someone who has a POS heart I can't help contrasting this with the suffering Farrah endured and the words of Jack Nicholson in the movie 'The Bucket List', somewhere there's some lucky son of a bitch dying of a heart attack! RIP Farrah and Michael.

Can anyone here imagine his distorted reality and the weight of being a god amongst mortals? To have hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of fans all over the world worshiping at your feet? Screaming your name, weeping with outstretched arms and telling you you're the greatest artist to have walked the earth? Being surrounded by acolytes and sycophants eager to do your bidding?

That would get inside the head of anyone, let alone a damaged, unrealized personality raised in a weird, show biz family dynamic. There's enough psychological material there for endless discussion and speculation.

As fucked up as we all think his kiddie camp and self-mutilation was, isn't that the kind of aberrant behavior we've come to expect from those we've burdened with misplaced divinity?

I'm not making excuses for him or suggesting pity, but isn't it a wonder he was able to keep it together at all for as long as he was the King of Pop?

It's the same problem the more powerful people in the world have. Either position, birth, or influence allows one to push aside (we all engage in it) the more important points of self reflection.

Ie, 'power', for ONE...brings serious problems for OTHERS to the table, as in the power to ignore and shape the world according to the autonomic system inside (the one that runs the given life in totality) is visited on the outside world as a plague of emotionally driven drivel.

Thus the elite 'think' they are gods of a sort and fuck the world over in their insanity. Insanity that is fully supported and maintained via their power of position. They can be and usually are the most pathetic of all.

Obviously, I hope..this becomes clear then..that it is important to realize that we, as a group of 'not so individually' powerful people, are being 'run' by a bunch of pathetic, psychotic, and animialistic beasts..as low empathy is critical to reaching a position of power in the world of 'human beings'.

I'm sure his fans will flock with bouquets of roses to the next big event...his accelerated induction into the Pedophile
Hall of Fame.

Apparently at least 12 people have -so far- used this moment in time to enact their suicides.

I'm afraid I don't agree with it. The guy was a freak. The only redeeming quality he has was a member of the Jackson 5. After that, he became like the Elephant Man. In fact, I have a hell of a lot more respect for John Merrick than I do Michael Jackson. At least John Merrick read a book or two, didn't climb "magic trees" and play with children after shaving off his own pubic hair. That is Michael Jackson. A pedophile felon that should have been in protective custody in a state penitentiary, eating three square meals a day, and moon-walking during his one hour of yard time until some brother stuck a shank made from a safety razor and toothbrush into one of his kidneys. I piss on Michael Jackson's grave. I hope he suffered. I hope anyone that lived off of him suffers. And I hope anyone that lives off him will suffer. Nine out ten members of his family are nothing but trash. The whole lot of them and their little dogs too.

Nice, Lamont. I guess your 'Hi-fi seeker' sheen has worn off and we see the true ugliness coming out now.

Thanks for the warning.

I was being political correct. Do you want my true feelings of that lump of %#&@ lying in the morgue awaiting burial after the shameful opportunists get through picking his worthless self mutilated bones? He was not meant to live old enough to become a man. That much is heir apparent. He lived in a sick demented fantasy world enabled by millions of people. That makes them just as sick as him. Michael Jackson was a moron. He couldn't stand growing up and being a man. So, he created this fantasy world, with a little help from everyone that so much as spent a dollar for something with his name on it. I don't fall into that category. All his stuff sucked. It is only now that he is a dead freak instead of a living drain on society that he is somehow great. Great at what? Walt Disney beat him to everything he ever wanted. But Walt died a man. Michael Jackson died a boy. Mother nature doesn't work like that. "It's not nice to fool mother nature." Michael Jackson died a miserable failure in his only little drug induced painful fantasy world. And rightly so. With a tube stuck down his dead intubated throat. No telling what else he put down that throat alone with some parents' kid. Fitting end for what goes around comes around. Good riddance.

No, but tell us how you really feel, Lamont....

I'm afraid I don't agree with it. The guy was a freak.

So? You're only happy if everyone is alike?

The only redeeming quality he has was a member of the Jackson 5.

One would think creating the best selling album of all time, which he did long after the J5, is a "redeeming quality". I guess not, according to you.

After that, he became like the Elephant Man.

Of course. That must be why he bought his bones.

At least John Merrick read a book or two

What would you know about that? Jackson would read Sufi poetry in Bucharest and the poems of Rabindranath Tagore with Deepak Chopra. So he was plenty cultured, well read and well travelled.

didn't climb "magic trees"

He climbed trees. I don't know where you're getting this "magic trees" stuff. I hate to tell you this, but there are no such thing as "magic trees".

That is Michael Jackson.

Obviously, you are no authority on Michael Jackson. He was a lot of things to a lot of people. ie. an object of scorn & contempt to you. Believe it or not, not all aspects of Michael Jackson were revealed to you on Hard Copy and the Bill O'Reilly show.

A pedophile felon that should have been in protective custody in a state penitentiary, eating three square meals a day

Then you should be happy that he didn't go to prison. Because he would likely have lived much longer than he did.

He lived in a sick demented fantasy world enabled by millions of people. That makes them just as sick as him.

So everybody who bought "Thriller" is a pedophile, according to you? Tip: if you ever get called for jury duty, call in sick.

It is only now that he is a dead freak instead of a living drain on society that he is somehow great.

A "living drain on society"?? The guy made millions of dollars for others and sustained the livelihood of thousands of people. Those who purchased his goods don't consider it a "drain". They consider it a source of pleasure, if not more. If I don't like the speakers you bought, does that make the manufacturer a "drain on society"??

He couldn't stand growing up and being a man.

What does that even mean? Is what you're doing here "being a man"?

Michael Jackson died a miserable failure in his only little drug induced painful fantasy world.

So all those who are in pain are "failures" according to you? Oh the humanity.

Clearly, you are wise beyond your years, Lamont.

There will be a Michael Jackson ride with a sign that says: "You have to be 'this tall' ( 4' marker) to ride Michael"
