Hello everyone!

All of a sudden my Music Hall integrated amp (a15.2 amplifier) started making a very loud buzzing/booming noise. When connected to the speakers it is sooo loud like a siren.

Does anyone know what this could be or how to fix it??

Thanks in advance

It could be caused by several things.

One would be a bad ground in an input cable.

Does it do it in both channels?

Does it do it with any input selected?

It could also be a problem with power supply diodes or capacitors.

A technician with an oscilloscope can look at the appropriate places and figure it out.

Thanks for your response!

The loud buzzing happens once I turn the integrated amp on - I removed all input cables (i.e. Just the power cord is plugged in) and the buzzing is still there.
And yes the buzzing happens with any input and of course is not impact by turning the volume up or down.

Any insight given this?
