I want to start with this audiophile thing and i have a tube power amp

You'll need some RCA to 1/4" converter cables to connect a CD player to your amp. In the US we would buy those at Radio Shack, you may have to mail order them, unless you're in a big city, then you should be able to find them.
As for speakers, I'd search pawn shops and just listen for something decent. That amp will limit the quality of your overall "audiophile" sound, but we all need to start somewhwere.
Tell us what you find. Later, as funds permit, you'll want to build a true audio system, perhaps using used equipment in the beginning.
